Pharmacy assistants are completely disrespectful, the girl who works there with the blonde hair had my 67 year old disabled Mother in tears after she called up to ask if her prescription was ready! As well as giving me a public lecture the day before on contacting them to stop her prescriptions when she goes into hospital! Horrible horrible place!
